  i have a renault scenic 98 , the problem is that the rear doors and the boot wont open, wether the the buttons are up or down, wont even open from the inside, any suggestions? the central locking seems to work on the other doors fine,

  The gearstick on my Renault Scenic is all over the place! It's as if a gearbox/engine mount is loose. It seems to move forwards and backwards when you accel/deccel,and also moves when idling. Any clues what has happened? Is this common?

  My bonnet has stuck down on my Renault Laguna 2000 model,when i pull the handle to relaese the bonnet nothing happens. Can anyone advise if i can fix it my self or is it a garage job P.S i'm not know for my handyman skills.

  My three and a half year old (37k miles) Espace diesel has suffered a complete engine failure. An independant engineers report blames this on an inherant manufacturing defect. Renault claims this is unique and is offering to contribute a pittance towards the cost of repair. Anyone know diferent?

  I posted 2 years ago. My Renault Kadjar turbo ended.  At only 28k Miles. It's now on 50k.  Renault said it was the bearings and the oil sump was silver.  Engine was flushed and new turbo/intercooler/piping was replaced.

  I bought a Renault Megane Hatchback (59 Reg) 1.5 dci two weeks ago from the local Bristol Street Motors.   hi i just got a renault scenic priv+ 1.9dci 2001 model (2weeks ago) i noticed some slight jerking when driving today but only when i was doing a steady speed,dissapeared when accelerating.as this is my first non ford i didnt know if this is a normal thing with renault or something wrong.no warning lights showing up so i can only imagine that it would be mechanical.33k on clock i was kinda hopeing it would last longer than this any ideas would be appreiciated cheers

  The handbook advises that the car has 18000 mile services but there is a free intermediate check at 27000 miles and there is space in the service book for this to be stamped. Renault dealer advises me that although this is still in the handbooks, they have advised that any cars after 2000 no longer need this check. Can anyone verify if this is true? I know its basically just a safety check of oil levels etc but as the car is still under warranty I wouldn't Renault to have an excuse if I came to claim at any point.

  2012 Megane Coupé 1.6dci with an intermittent EML. I’ve had it plugged into a Renault diagnostic laptop which is flagging up ‘secondary coolant heater’, but I’m not convinced it has one. Has anyone got access to a wiring diagram for the car? The Haynes manual doesn’t cover this engine.
