An inexpensive golf -almost

A quiet, comfortable ride with good grip and handling through the bends. I bought it as a golf replacement as I’ve had 3 in a row and liked the fresh look of the new polo. It’s a lighter built car but no rattles after a month and 1200 miles. Apple car play works well but sound quality from the system is poorer compared to the golf. Petrol engine is quiet most of the time, not everyone like the 3 cylinder thrum though. Gear change into first is notchy but improved slightly during running in. VW dealer mechanic reckons it’s the norm. Visibility is good, mirrors well positioned. Driving position is comfortable with plenty of adjustment. Clutch foot rest nice touch but too close to clutch peddle for my size 9 shoes. Boot space is well shaped and a useful size.
Have a good test drive first for an hour. Car wow discount helps.
