Not Good

Purchased from Mercedes dealership in Hull with Mercedes warranty 1 owner low mileage,
Test drove the car mentioned to salesman noise from front suspension,he would report to Service department the car was delivered to me, I drove the car that same day, and emailed them to confirm the car had suspension noise, I needed the car as we were going on Holiday to France and that I would report back to them on my return.
On my return I emailed them again to confirm the faults still there and that the cars wheels needed balancing, some discussion between me and the dealership in Hull, they recommended that I use the local mercedes dealership nearest to me, as I had a warranty and any problem they would sort it out.
I booked it in told them the problems called to collect it later that day, only to be told by them that the car had problems with the suspension but would not investigate any further, as they would not get any or full payment, and suggested I take it back to Hull, where at the same time they would balance the wheels free, where as they would need to charge me as it was not a warranty item. by the way Hull is 180 miles from my home.
I had been led to beleive, from dealers in Hull, that I had a warranty that woulld cover the car with any Mercedes garage,
We arranged with the Hull dealers to meet half way, originally they wanted me to take it back to them, I received a loan car from them which they wanted me to pay for the road insurance use I refused.
We met again halfway and I was told that they had replaced a nr/side front suspension leg and balanced the wheels saying that the weights must have been dislodged vwhen it was valeted prior to me receiving it., I drove the car home on A1, car seemed fine, no virbration etc. this was in early October 2012, I completed about 2500 miles in the car at this point in time.
My wife and share the car, we have two other mercedes CLK 320 and E class W210 which we have owned for 6 years, and both have been very good no problems,.
I also have a Jaguar XK 8 and a Jeep Grandcherrokee, non of these cars have given us this type of problem we are now experiencing.
Towards the end of November I noticed the virbration was back and that the suspension was noisy again as though it had worn parts.
As mentioned I have other cars that I drive more frequently than this one, in early December I had a recall from mercedes, so I thought this would be a good idea to book it into the local mercedes and at the same time pay them to balance the wheels, and check the suspension.
This was arranged early January 2013, On collection I was told that they had carried out the recall work, but no other work as the car had 2 buckled wheels.
I then thought it would be best to get an independant inspection carried out on the car, as I had no faith in the Garage in Hull by now.
The result of the inspection was that the car had virbration from rear down centre of car indication drive shaft problem.
I took legal advice and sent the Mercedes Garage in hull a letter asking for a full refund under the sale of goods act, they declined as in there opinion the car was fine when it was returned to me and that we must have done the damege / caused the problems.
I took the car into my local garage general car repairs for a inspection, this revealed both front wheesl had wheel bearing play, and that the 2 front wheels were buckled, and that they were of a higher weight calibre tyre more associated with being on the rear of estates, not the front, by now the car has done 5000 miles and the tyres from the buckled wheels needed replacing.
I have now replaced the buckled wheels and have fitted two new tyres.
However the car still has suspension noise mostly from the front, it is more noticeable when going over dips in uneven ( convex)roadsurfaces as opposed to humps.
This is not what I would expect when purchasing a Mercedes.

We met again halfway a few days later, they confirmed they had
We got the car back
