Feel good factor with a boot

Purchased the car three years old but with 5800 miles from an MB dealership. Did check with previous owner so all ok. I've had it now for 3 further years and completed in total 36,000. The first two years I had to renew both wing mirrors with water ingress, 2 new exhaust sensors, one throttle sensor and throttle pedal, one new horn LHS, rear brake lights earth fault so somewhat unimpressed especially as if it hadn't been under warranty from MB I would have needed to spend a lot as the one horn was over £300 and the throttle sensor over £500.

Ive stuck with it and its running fine now and I do like it as the interior is beige leather and a nice place to be, its actually pretty good fuel wise, ok keeping it really local gives you about 36-38 but on a journey I get 55 and its an automatic. I've always wanted a Mercedes but todays Mercedes cars are not what they once were for sure. I understand the need for plastic bumpers ref weight etc but my Wife's Honda Jazz has been eminently more reliable.

The cost if it goes wrong is high but then its the same I think for most Dealers so now I wouldn't take it to a Mercedes dealer unless I was flush. All in all though, despite the problems I like my car, it has a boot, its comfortable, and goes like the clappers if needed. It does seem well built however apart from the wing mirrors that creak like hell when folding but cost a fortune to fix its seems. Now I use it every day its been trouble free the last 12 months and now hope it will continue to be that way. Fortunately this year missed the injector problems of the later W204s and its engine and gearbox are sound so looking forward to a good few years out of it now.
