Excellent business class travel

Have has this car for 12 months and 18,000 miles. Nothing has gone wrong. I replaced the rear tyres at 25,000 miles, the fronts should manage over 30k. Car has mostly been used on motorway and A road. Performance is adequate considering only 136bhp, but made up for by plenty of low down torque.

Good points: Practical & economical. Has been totally reliable. Nice to drive but steering a bit light. Plenty of interior space for 4 real size people. Effortless motorway cruiser. Good trip computer. Dealers excellent to date. Superb cruise control. Love the interior. Excellent link to my phone via bluetooth. Less of a boy racer image than BMW/Audi. Good but expensive Becker sat nav.

Bad points: Engine a bit grumbly but not offensive. Awkward foot operated parking brake (you get used to it). Indicator stalk overloaded with functions (twist for wipers, push for wash etc). Front seats a bit hard. Trip computer MPG over optimistic. Possible to lock keys in boot! Instrument lighting not always perfect. Servicing more expensive than BMW.

Makes good sense for my business use. Overall very pleased with it.
