Citroen C3 Picasso MPV

This petrol 1.2 Puretech 110 Edition the Citroen has the new 1.2 / 3 cylinder engine. Our engine only lasted 40,000 miles before the cam belt failed. Since then we have had other miss fire / hesitating when trying to accelerate. The good news is after a lot of emails etc. to Citroen they have agreed to fit a new engine.
The boot is s decent size and it has two floor levels, plus the load height is low. We also have a spare wheel which we have had to use on a few occasions from getting punctures!
Apart from the engine problem the car is really great. Rear seats slide backwards and forwards, Sat Nav, radio, stereo and mobile connection is very good. The engine and gearbox are very smooth with a very good gear change. Brakes are good and progressive and when braking in an emergency the hazards flash. But although the biting point on the clutch is good, it is a little heavy compared to other engines of this size.
Perhaps we should have stuck with diesel?
