I like it but flawed

First noticed problems with the satnav after 6 months it kept taking longer and longer to initialise. Waited for the service and asked the dealer to investigate. told that they could not fix it but would try again so rebooked it in with them. After the second attempt I was told they could not fix it and Audi were working on a fix and that they would get back to me. After another month the satnav stopped working completely. I had noticed other issues with the touch screens sporadically. There are times when both touch screens go blank for several minutes. I contacted Audi UK directly and frankly it has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have been told various thing from they are waiting to see if other cars develop the same fault before looking for a fix to they know about it and are working on it. The bottom line is they say they will not do anything and cannot give me a date when they will be able to fix it.
