Pretty when parked but not nice to drive at all

Loaned to me by Audi in an attempt to woo my custom, this was supposed to be a 211PS petrol engine but it arrived with the agricultural 143PS diesel.

Looks nice from the outside but over-styled interior is long on pointless gadgets and short on usability. Flickering screen in the middle of the dashboard is very distracting. Once upon a time Audi did neat, simple interiors that were nice places to be - no more.

Seats are poor, this one did not have lumbar support and was not that comfortable, I expect far more from a 35k car.

On the road, very noisy with the hood up and plain nasty with the hood down. Untidy in corners and pitches and rolls far too much. Over 500 miles returned about 35mpg, at least it burned around 65 litres of fuel in that time. That's pretty poor I think.

PLEASE can you build a car with a proper handbrake? This electronic thing does not work properly.
