I want to change my Honda CR-V's cloth seats for leather ones - will there be problems with heated seats etc?

I have a Honda CR-V SE 2.2 2005 and I want to change my cloth seats for leather ones - would there be any problems like heated seats, airbags or electrics?

I recently purchased a 1996 Mercedes E320 Sportline Cabriolet, FSH 100,000 miles - a model recommended by you in the past. There are two small abrasion tears in the blue-coloured outer mohair hood covering....
