Is the Ford B-MAX auto prone to gearbox problems?

I own a Ford B-MAX that is less than three years old. Its about to have its third torque converter fitted to the PowerShift auto box - is this a common fault?

Doesn't have a torque converter. Might need a replacement Powershift clutch pack. If so, yes. This is a common problem.
