Should I buy a Lexus RX 400H with a high mileage?

Should I be worried about buying a 8-9 year old Lexus RX400H with 130,000 miles on the clock?

If the battery pack has not been replaced it will probably need to be soon and that will cost you £2000 - £,000, which is why the price for the car is so low. Great cars, though. Very reliable. Power of a V8 with fuel economy of a V6 diesel.
