Replacing a Volvo XC70 - what should we buy?

The time has come for us to change our Volvo XC70 diesel, which has not been as reliable as past Volvos. We would be looking at a two or three year old vehicle and it will be caged out to carry up to four dogs and occasionally tow a caravan.

The XC60 looks promising and has good reviews. Do you have any other suggestions please? We have had both manual and automatics in the past, any preferences with your suggested car?

You will get the same reliability from an XC60 as from an XC70 or XC90. I reckon the best is a KIA Sorento 2.2 KX2 nav manual.
