Can you recommend a UK insurance company that offers a premium reduction for non-use?
I visit the States twice a year for approx three months at a time. I have an old Lincoln town car there for which my insurance is reduced by half when the vehicle is not being used on public roads. I have asked several UK insurance companies if I can have a reduced premium when the vehicle is locked in its garage for two to three months at a time, but with no success. Have you knowledge of any UK insurers who provide such variable cover?

Not for normal road cars. Classic car insurers are more flexible. Try a good broker such as www.primoplc.com
