Is this a good part exchange deal for a new Land Rover Freelander 2?

I have been offered a Land Rover Freelander 2 GS, including metallic paint, for £23,000 on the road with £12,000 part exchange for a RAV4 '07-plate with 36,000 miles on the clock. I understand the Land Rovers are rare at present? Is this a good deal?

Assuming that it's a brand new Freelander, that sounds like a reasonable deal.
