Is this Freelander part-exchange a good deal?

I am on the verge of purchasing a Freelander 2 diesel SW 2.2 TD4 XS 5-door, new, in metallic Santorini Black with Almond leather upholstery. I am trading in a Freelander 2 SW special edition 2.2 Td4 Sport LE 5 door, which I bought from new on in April 2010 and it has 35,600 miles on the clock. The deal is £31,725 for the new car and £19,250 for mine leaving me a balance of £12,475 to pay. I am also getting privacy glass fitted, 12 months licence, cherished number plate changed over and Gardex inside and out, all for nothing, and gap insurance, tyre insurance and alloy wheel insurance for three years for £400, which they say is cost price, and a tow bar fitted. Do you think this is a reasonable deal or am I being ripped off? I know GAP insurance can be bought on the internet but I think I would rather go for a reputable one.

It's very difficult to price Freelander IIs because Land Rover made too many confusing versions for the guides to list. Superficially your deal looks to be better than the previous one where you were faced with forking out £20,000 to replace your 3-year-old Freelander II with another. And the package of GAP, etc. that you are getting does not read like a rip-off. But it’s too difficult to comment of Freelander deals when the same basic car has been priced between £20,000 and over £40,000 new and virtually every car is a different variation.
