Can I use a spacesaver tyre on a Fiat Abarth 500?

I've just bought a Fiat Abarth 500 (July 2013) which has no spare wheel. It's on 195/45/R16s and I've been given a new Ford Ka spacesaver S135/80/B14.

The difference in overall diameter seems to be about half an inch. The stud hole centres are identical. Can I use the spacesaver on the Abarth as a "get home" spare?

The standard 500 comes with a spacesaver spare. First thing I noticed on the Abarth was that it doesn't have one. The reason is the difference in size. On the basis that anything is better than nothing, you can probably limp home on the standard spacesaver. But be aware that the car wont grip, handle or brake anything like as well on the spacesaver.
