Buying a spare wheel for a Freelander

My Freelander 2 was supplied with a foam injection kit instead of a conventional spare. I am considering the purchase of a space saver spare wheel. Would you recommend this?

Depends how you used the car. Punctures on tarmac are relatively rare. But if you bought it to go offroad, then yes. A proper, full size spare wheel is virtually essential.
