Built in sat nav problem with a Ford C-MAX.

I am having problems with a Ford main agent trying to establish what is wrong with the built in sat nav in my Ford C-MAX under warranty. It's a 2011 model. They do not seem to be able to repair/ replace the part at fault.

The car has been in three times and is still not working. Do you know of any problems with these sat navs? How do I get the problem resolved?

Give the dealer an ultimatum: either repair or replace the satnav or you will have it repaired elsewhere and bill him.
