Which small automatic?

Retired lady (67), husband no longer driving so we want to change our Toyota Yaris (09) 1.33 for small automatic. Insurance quotes are similar. Car Tax is £90/£170.

Don't know about fuel economy. I would welcome your opinion on what car to choose?
