Is there an insurance hotline?

There are many (mainly young male) drivers on the road with 'souped up' cars.

Is there a motor insurance hotline to report the car registration and modifications? With car insurance being so high for all drivers, I can't believe modifications such as tuned engines and wide exhausts are ever declared by the drivers.

If the insurers acted on such information, they would increase their revenue and the roads would be a little safer and quieter.

Can't imagine any insurer being interested. If the youngster has a crash the insurer will use the mods to disqualify any claim for the car, though it will have to pay for any damage to third parties.
