My wife is a named driver on my policy and had an accident, do I need to declare this?

My wife had accident as named driver on my policy, I want to renew with her being named driver again, do I declare claim in my section or in hers or both? Technically I had no accidents so how can I be in the higher risk group then?

You will need to declare your wife's accident to your insurance company, in the section for her details if this is available. Although you have not had an accident, you are the policy holder and your wife is a named driver, and your premium is calculated according to the total risk of all drivers insured on the policy, so it is likely that your premium will increase as a result.
