My Ford Kuga has a leak - what are my rights?

I bought a Ford Kuga from a local garage in November. The car has a leak and, on further inspection, the leak is coming from the window seal and from the engine bay where the metal seams meet. Is this something that the garage should be fixing? I was unaware of the leak at the time of purchase.

If a serious problem develops within the first six months of ownership, the 2015 Consumer Rights Act gives you the power to ask for a free repair.

I would argue this fault was present or developing at the time of sale and should be fixed by the garage that sold you the car at no cost to yourself.
