Is a water leak an MoT fail?
I have a 2010 Ford Fiesta with a water leak in the rear passenger footwell. Will this fail the MoT?

Water ingress by itself should not result in an MoT failure, but water in the vehicle can result in a fail if the presence of water impairs the function of safety-critical components, which could include electrical systems or even seat belts if the water causes the inertia reel to fail. Either way, it's best to get it sorted sooner rather than later.
