  I feel people should know what they are buying /getting  when they buy a new car with sat nav included as standard, below is how it was explained to me in actual emails between us :-  this is unacceptable How can I tell how old my maps are on my 2015 Qashqai satnav, everything seems to be dated 2013 on the SD card .   If that is the case they are well out dated. please confirm if this is correct.

  Hi All I have a coolant leak first noticed had to 500ml in topping it up to max, then 250ml the next day  and every 2 days or so its below min and have to top up. I cannot see any leak. its a BMW X1 1.5 petrol I cannot get it into the dealers for 3 weeks so having to keep topping up  any ideas pleas whats wrong

  As it says on the tin, would you have it done for the few hundred quid they want or can perhaps bargain them down from or is it just another little earner for the dealer and not worth the lacquer it comes with ? My feeling is it is worth it. I have an Isuzu D-Max overseas, new in 2007 and the paint (black) is quite badly market due to various abrasive substances and even washing and polishing by the car cleaners.

  Hi guys im trying to narrowdown on a car, i was going up to a budget of 6k(4-5k is ideal) max 70k mileage  I travel about 17k a year and economy is important with about 70% motrway/a roads.   my shortlist is jazz auto cvt yaris petrol multidrive and hyundai i30 auto diesel   which would you advise from the three yet personally the jazz/yaris isnt as appealing as the i30 lookswise.

  KR makes the common mistake that ten percent plus two is the discretionary max speed, i.e. no ticket until 36. When discretion is used ten percent plus two is the point at which a ticket will be given. 35 in a 30 is correct. Regardless 35moh read probably means a speedo reading of 38-40, so no excuse.

  car starts, will rev up to max revs for aprox. 10 seconds, then revs drop to 2000, turn car off and immidatly start car again and it will rev up again, then again drop down to 2000. if left on tick over car will run all day.Can you help.

  I drive 40000 miles a year and have a budget of about 8k to spend max with a 5 year old i30 as p/x. What would you recommend. Mazda 6 diesels are in my budget with around 50k on the clock are they still unreliable? I've heard a few horror stories. Also considering a petrol Avensis but worried about mpg.

  What caught my eye was that he had a skinny space-saver wheel on the nearside rear. I thought these had a recommended safe max speed of 56mph. I half expected to find it on its roof somewhere further up the road or did the driver know something I don't regarding the safety of these things at m/way speeds.

  Hi Forum, after having a rethink, im in the market finally for a 3.5-4.5k estate auto, i need a decent amount of room and im throughly confused. we will do a mix of driving in it doing about 10k max a year, i presume this rules out a diesel. brand is not an issue but reliability and mpg is. i was thinking a golf or passat previously in diesel format.. so something with a few comforts.
