  A couple of years ago I was looking for a seven seater, and this forum recommended an S-Max, which I've been very happy with.  Let's see what you come up with this time! I'm looking for a small but fun car to use as a complement to the S-Max when I don't need to take out something so big.

  I have decided to keep my S-Max TDCi Auto for at least another 18 months.  It is about to have a service and MoT at 50,000 miles.  It has been regularly serviced (every 12 months and 10,000 miles) and has been reliable.

  I'm glad to have gone down a size because I've always felt that the 15inch steel wheels and 195/60 r15's were too close to the wheel arch. Anyway the 14inch wheels have been fitted with 175/65 r14 Conti Eco Contacts, the only downer is knowing what the "normal" pressure should be, I've looked around on the net and can't find anything, the tyres have a max of 44psi.

  the front wipers have stopped working on my c-max.  I have replaced the motor and linkage with a second hand unit (that was sold as working) Is there a way to test if the motors are ok with a meter? The fuse is fine and the relay clicks when I press the wiper stick on the steering column.
