There’s the usual early January BIG FORD SALE at BCA Blackbushe tomorrow, Thursday 9th. And if things look a bit confusing at first it’s because BCA has switched its Friday LCV sale to Thursdays. Capri Brooklands heads to auction 10 May 2018 (News)
A Ford Capri 280 Brooklands is one of the highlights of Barons’ next auction. The car, which is one of 1038 made, will go under the hammer at Sandown Park on 5 June. Registered in 1987, it is finished in the original Brooklands metallic green with red and white pin striping and is said to be in excellent condition having been garaged for the past 22 years. -

Restoration show Car SOS given Channel 4 slot 19 Jan 2015 (News)
Presented by Fuzz Townshend, the show – a National Geographic Channel production – will be broadcast on Channel 4 from Monday, 19 January at 11am. Car SOS’s first episode of the first series features the revival of a 1986 Ford Cosworth, with later episodes including a Volkswagen Beetle, Rover P6, Triumph Stag and Lotus Elan. Fuzz’s schedule involves spending 24 weeks filming and restoring cars to cover ten episodes per series. -
