Daihatsu Sirion M3 series - Rear Axle Mis-Alignment 3 Dec 2011 (Forum)
There is a fault with a certain batch of Sirions that had incorrect rear axles installed at manufacture which is putting the rear wheels out of alignment. The only way to have it checked properly is by visiting a Daihatsu dealership and they will check the chassis number and do an alignment check. If it fails Daihatsu should rectify it. My vehicle was one of the "bad" ones and Daihatsu stepped without hesitation and replaced the rear axle and rear dampers, and incidentally my vehicle was outside it's warranty period too. -
Volvo S60 T5 Camber sensitive! AGHHH! 16 Aug 2005 (Forum)
hi, i have recently posted my problem about my volvo S60 T5 being very camber sensitive. Well, i have taken it into Volvo and had it laser aligned twice, all the alignment is perfect. The tyres are brand new, (pirelli PZero Rosso), I have also measured the Sub-frame and it is in the perfect position. I'm wondering if it could be an incorrect suspension or steering component fitted. -
Terrano 2 tyre wear 26 Sep 2004 (Forum)
Anyone out there running a Nissan Terrano 2 built within the last couple of years? Do these cars still leave the factory with the front wheel geometry mis-set, needing re-alignment by the dealer to prevent horrendous and uneven front tyre wear? I ask because I have run both a 1993 Maverick and a 1999 Terrano with this problem. I am sorely tempted to buy one of the new Terranos that are so cheap these days but don't want to go through all that hassle to get the dealer to align the front wheels. -

Misaligned lights 3 Oct 2008 (Forum)
I always dread this time of year when the darker evenings approach, it seems that every vehicle with badly aligned lights comes out of hiding to annoy everyone. Do these vehicles ever get checked? I thought it was part of the MOT to check lights were not only operative but also aligned correctly. Came across one last evening at approx 7.45pm and I thought he was looking for hostile aircraft the way his lights were pointing. -

As it was too late to contact their office that day i rang them the very next morning notifying them of the issue and that i was going to get the alignment checked and booked it in for the nearest available time which was 2 days later. -

Volvo S60 T5 Tracking 21 Sep 2004 (Forum)
Hi (me again) I recently had the tyres changed on my volvo S60 T5 due to uneven wear, I had the tracking checked, the guy said that the wheels were 4 degrees out of alignment, but when i drive it, the steering does not pull one way or another, It also has a noisy tyre (or wheel bearing), I was wondering if the guy who had the car before me had kerbed it and damaged the wheel bearing and knocked the wheels out of alignment! -

Mercedes Benz C-Class W203 (2000 - 2007) - 2007 3.0 - pulling to left 10 Mar 2009 (Forum)
However, the car pulls to the left slightly, so you are conscious of correcting it when driving on the motorway, for example. I had a 4-wheel alignment done, the guy really knew his stuff and talked a lot about the fact that mercedes have a unique steering system. The alignment was only slightly out, but it was corrected anyway (he corrected the thrust angle). -
