Jaguar Sculpture to be Centrepiece at Goodwood Festival of Speed 24 Jun 2011 (News)
The main focus of the event will be the action on the notorious Goodwood Hill. The high speed 1.16-mile run will feature key Jaguars from the past, including an E-type Group 44 racer, a D-type, an XK140 and the iconic XJ13 racer. The event will also celebrate significant current and future Jaguars. -

Caterham Cars bought by Team Lotus Enterprise 27 Apr 2011 (News)
Caterham will continue to be operated by the existing management team, led by Ansar Ali, whose direction has reinvigorated Caterham in recent years, with the creation of the Superlight R500 and SP/300.R racer. To celebrate the new ownership, Caterham has launched a limited run of just 50 Team Lotus Special Edition Sevens, 25 for the UK and 25 for export. The special editions will be based on the 262bhp Superlight R500, and will come in the green and yellow colour scheme made famous by Lotus racers. -

Peugeot say that with household budgets coming under more and more pressure, it will remove any of the financial worry sometimes associated with running a new vehicle by reducing paperwork, simplifying budgeting and removing the worry of unknown future costs. So a Peugeot 107 Urban 1.3 three-door will cost £185 a month (plus an initial deposit of £1095) while a 5008 Active VTi 120 is £361 a month with a £1999 deposit. -

Next time, switch to petrol. Steppy Graft Having recently been looking to move to a different area and to purchase a new house, I have been appalled by the number of properties I have seen which are blighted, in my view, by road humps, either adjacent to the property, or on a route where one has to negotiate them whenever driving to, or away, from the property. These houses were instantly deleted from my short list. -
