    Only thing I notice though is that there is alot of smoke coming out the oil filler cap when removed after a short test drive  This is my ffirst Diesel so was wondering if this is normal or if it shows some form of problem

  Hello forum readers,i am sure this subject has been mentioned before.Read a article that lots of people driving around with poor eyesight and not  wearing  spectacles.I don't know how they got the information but it makes me wonder how many accidents are caused by poor eyesight.I wear glasses and always have a spare pair in the car with me in case i damage the ones i am wearing.

  I have tried to find the leak with a hose pipe but cannot replicate what rain does.It does not leak when driving in heavy rain any ideas please Iain

  Hi My girlfriend owns a 54 plate Corsa 1.2l  We have noticed that after a bit of rain, the next time she drives the car water sloshes into the passenger footwell when turning left for the first couple of corners.  After a few left turns this stops, can you offer any advice on sorting this out please?   Now get intermittent sc***ing noise from front driver side wheel mostly on L hand cornering. Have I done some damage and is it safe to drive. (Brakes ok not pulling to side)

  I am looking at a 307sw 2ltr 110bhp 03 reg. the body is in exceptional state but on test drive it didnt impress (compared with others driven same model) . could it just need a 'clean out' or something similar to return performance, or might it be something mare serious. it has a tow bar which the vendor INSISTS has never been used. any advice welcome thanks.

  I drove form aldershot to southampton last night and then driving back home engine management light came on, I didnt notice any change in the car other than the light coming on, I know it could be a number of things wrong, but what should be the first things to check??

  . £200 fine seems very low when these drivers are avoiding insurance premiums of £1500+ / year. 2/3 of my neighbours have sons/daughters in the 17/18 bracket and £1500 seems the base premium - makes the £500 on driving lessons look the cheap part of the exercise!

  hi, theres a slight clicking noise coming from around the timing belt area which comes and goes.it isnt too noticable whilst driving but you can hear it quite clearly if you're looking under the bonnet....the car has done 108,000 miles,any ideas?

  I have to open the passenger door from the inside and it is driving me insane. The keyfob doesn't work so I have to use the key from the drivers side which unlocks all of the doors except for the passenger front door. Can anyone suggest anything please. Many thanks Ian

  hi guys, have fault code 3311 showing up periodically. it wud come up more when driving slowly or when i lift of the throttle, switch of engine and switch back on again it resets itself. i have already changed the injection solenoid on the injection pump. any suggestions wud be a grate help. thanks

  Hi all, I just wonder that will the diesel booster really significantly improving the mileage/gallon of diesel? As I can achieve 60MPG which is really good (at least for me) as I normally drive on motorway plus very short distance in city. I also worry that the booster will amage the engine, will it?

  As there is never a traffic car when you need one, should traffic trained police officers, (not council jobsworths), use fixed CCTV cameras monitored in a control room to prosecute dangerous driving and other offences. Or does it already happen, and if so who makes the decisions? I don't mean the bus lane or parking minor offences.

  I have been looking all over the internet for a picture of where the Glow Plugs are but I cannot find anything. My car is very poor at starting, once it goes it drives like a new car despite having just done 200,000. can anyone help please. thank you

  Hi, What are the new mini's like to drive in the snow and ice. I had a 1980 1000 mini and it was the best car I have driven in the snow. Never failed to get to work..... if it started. All mini I have seen over the last few days seems to be stuck in 1st gear.

  not a lot try getting parts for these models at your dealer and holding your breath when they quote you try a drop arm for a chryslar peoplecarrier or a speed senser try the price of front end bits on a crossfire or even try the price of a right hand drive headlight for a pt cruiser the only one i would consider is a jeep
