All Jaguar and Land Rover models to have electric power by 2020 11 Sep 2017 (News)
While electric vehicles are on the rise, with a 58 per cent increase in registrations since last year, they still only have a five per cent share of the UK car market. Petrol engines account for 55 per cent, while diesel - although declining of late - still makes up 40 per cent. There is also a question mark over the infrastructure needed for a big increase in the number of electric and plug-in hybrid cars on the roads.

A Grand Monday: Citroen AX Debut Diesel 8 May 2017 (News)
With the 1.4-litre TUD diesel engine, it's no rocket ship, but the flip side of that is that, in its day, it was the most economcial car money could buy. It will do around 60mpg in normal use, and top 75mpg on a cruise. For the frugal classic car enthusiast, especially a student or a younger driver, it's cool in a retro sense, but also extremely sensible.
More Rust-Stored ‘60s and ‘70s Americans Found in Thailand 8 Jun 2016 (News)
Back in the 1960s and 1970s, the rich guys and the gangsters in a country like Thailand didn't have the huge choice of flash German motors they have now. The stand-out cars were all American. Sure there were a few Mercedes and even fewer BMWs. (Audis had hardly been invented.) And with Thailand the R&R centre for ground troops in Vietnam, the money on the streets was dollars.

A Grand Monday: Rover 200 BRM, £875 25 Apr 2016 (News)
If so, then for fans of obscure hot hatches and for die-hard Rover apologists, this is an extremely tempting car, and we can’t help but think it’s extremely cheap for what it is. As one of less than 200 survivors, it’s one to hold on to… But you really do need to like red leather to get along with it!
Wheeler Dealers back in May 31 Mar 2016 (News)
In the Wheeler Dealer workshop, Edd casts his expert eye over each car and transforms them into safe, saleable runners, tackling bodywork, paint, mechanics, electrics and performance upgrades. Of course, this doesn't always run smoothly as Edd is forced to work on cars that are often decades old, and where Mike’s desire to score profit has increased the risk of mechanical trouble.

Sunday was the last day of Barrett Jackson’s 1,600 car Scottsdale marathon, and also the third day of Mecum auctions at Kissimmee. So we thought we’d cover both with what we were able to pick up from Twitter. Richard Rawlings got up on stage to hype the Ugly Kid 1971 Chevrolet Kingswood wagon, but we’d be grateful to anyone for a price.
