  Citroen DS to shine at London Classic Car Show 17 Oct 2014 (News)
  But visitors will also be able to see the UK debut of the new, stand-alone DS brand, which aims to elevate French cars to a premium status. Such a statement brings back memories of the short-lived Renault Avantime coupe MPV and Vel Satis executive car launched in 2001, but both are well on the way to becoming future classics, so we'll be keeping an eye on the DS brand. If you haven’t already got your tickets for the event, which is held at ExCeL in London’s Docklands from 8-11 January 2015, we reckon it’s well worth a look.

  Festival of the Unexceptional to return next year 19 Aug 2014 (News)
  As you'd expect, there was as strong showing from British Leyland cars, but plenty of other classics were on show. One of the rarest cars at the festival was a Renault 6 and an amazingly rust-free Fiat Strada . In all, 50 cars attended the event. The car that caught everyone’s eye was a 1980 Austin Mini Metro , once owned by Princess Diana.

  Retromobile: highlights and how to get there 4 Feb 2014 (News)
  The show takes place at the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre in the south of Paris, and there will be many highlights, including major displays from Lancia, with the Lukas Huni AG retrospective, a display of some of the most famous Paris-Dakar rally cars, the cars of the Maharajas, Tributes to Thomas Parry and Malcolm Campbell, and Jean Rédélé and Renault Alpine. Rétromobile is open frm 5 February to the 9th, and opening times are 11am to 10pm on Wednesday, and 10am to 7pm for the rest of the event. Entry price is €14, and free for children aged 12 years or under.

  Regent Street motor show promises to be the largest yet 25 Sep 2013 (News)
  The Porsche 911 has always been a favourite on the capital’s streets while Aston Martin was founded locally in Chelsea by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford way back in 1913. Other motor manufacturers including BMW and Renault will also be showcasing their latest models. Adding to the sense of history more than 100 pre-1905 veteran cars driving to Brighton on the following morning will be participating in a special EFG International Concours d'Elegance staged at the north end of Regent Street.
