  I am buying an 04-reg citroen c2 today, and was wondering what the situation is when you buy a used car that is this young. will it still have a citroen warranty?

  We've been looking for to do a "swap" with a garage for a small car that would suit our needs, several options have come and gone for various reasons (not all corsas have split rear seats for example)....we've found the following 2 cars and want some thoughts and opinions. Citroen c3 1.2 vtr+ (2014 - 43,000miles) 5 door. £5700 Citroen DS3 1.6 diesel (2010 - 73,000 miles) 3 door. £5000 Bearing in mind we have a car seat for our 4 year old and bearing in mind the 4 miles round trip which would you go for?

  After test drives and extensive searching up to a radius of 60mls we chose a 2006 C3 1.4HDi with 22k recorded as the most suitable for SWMBO. The fact that we had owned Citroens on and off for 30+yrs was obviously a factor but we wanted the best car for our needs and the C3 came out tops on merit. Bought from the local Citroen dealers in the end... mainly for the assurance of a genuine car well prepped and warranty free of get out clauses.

  There is no airflow from any of the vents,i have checked the fuse indicated in the handbook but that is o.k.Could this problem be expensive?

  Was looking at a few places yesterday, prices are mad these days but we found a tidy looking 2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDI at £2195. 114k miles. Took it for a quick blast down the M6 and back and nothing that screamed 'do not buy'. Real comfortable, he says it drives well, engine sounds and feels ok, enough power, the gearbox seems sound, huge boot and it has plenty of useful tech for a 14-year-old car.

    It had just had a service and MOT (it's first) from a local independent garage that I trust. Previous services were with the Citroen garage. I'd never had problems with it before. Do i take it back to the independent, to the Citroen garage, or any other advice?

    Please look at the hidden costs involved in owning an electric car before you buy.  I bought a Citroen C Zero in 2013 which has been serviced and maintained with Citroen from new and all has been good until this week.  The convertor unit has gone at 65,000.  It will cost £3,080 to replace (with 10% discount).

  Hard shoulder cone off to J3s  However got home no further misfires. At no time were any warning lights activated. Citroen Specialist cant find fault . Checking memory showed two sensors activated ( expected since one was crankshaft and other air intake which would be result of my coasting off M25 ) Any suggestions??
• Citroen Berlingo Multispace - Citroen Berlingo Clutch problems 2.0 HDi 14 Dec 2011 (Forum)
  A main dealer replaced it but said that the diaphragm had become hardened and the clutch mechanism needed replacing. We shopped around and our nearby independent Citroen specialist got the job. April 2010 clutch cable broke. Replaced under warranty. June 2010 service - noted a squeaky thurst bearing. July 2010 clutch cable broke (on holiday in UK) - replaced.

  Hello. I'm taking the cylinder head off my citroen c3 petrol 2010. Trying to source timing sprocket locking tools. Having difficulty and can only find for c4..and mini 1.4. Nit sure if they would be identical.. (vvti).. Can anyone please advise.

  I looked at a few eBay listings with guides on which cars it will fit but can't tell if mines on the list. I can give number plate if needed.  It's a Citroen Xsara Picaso 2006 1.6 Diesel.

  Have recently bought the above car it has 32000 genuine miles on the clock but seems very slugish at times and will not go above 4000 revs. I have had it into Citroen for a service they say there are no faults and think it needs a new turbo!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED - {Just one - please stop SHOUTING!}
