Hi Was just wondering if there was any way of bypassing the immobiliser keypad

If it is working,yes ,fairly easily.If it isn't then it is more of a problem.hth

As already said if you have the code it is pretty easy.
enter the code, start the engine, then disconnect the key pad with the engine running.. SUGGEST you write the code on the back of key pad just to be safe..
If you do not have code and need to by pass the system then it is a little more tricky... I assume you have a 1.9TD?? then you need to hot wire the stop solenoid on the pump... let me know if this is case.. need to type a lot more.

Can I reactivate this thread. I have just purchased a 1996 Xantia LXTD. I was attempting to change the keypad code and now cannot get a start - both red and green lights flash when I enter the code.
Either the original code or the code I was entering.
Help what do I do now?

I owned a 1995 VSX 2.0 a long time ago & was told the default code was 1111, never needed it though
