  I?m about to take a few driving holidays to France and Holland and wondered if it?s still worth applying headlight adjusters? What are the chances of getting stopped if I just use the load adjuster and set it to the lowest position? It seems a bit uneconomical to have to apply fresh adjusters to the headlights every time I cross the channel.

  I had the misfortune to hit a badger the other night and broke my o/s front fog lamp on my O4 Vectra Sri. I've rang just about every breakers yard in the back of auto-trader and nobody has one. It would seem that Vectra drivers are very careful people!!!!

  It appears that Manufacturer`s diagnostic checks have now become far more sophisticated and able to detect whether a tuning box has been fitted and then removed prior to service. This could have costly implications for anybody trying to claim against mechanical failure whilst still under warranty.

  My wife drives a ford fiesta 1.8 diesel on an S plate 1998. It's started to lose water and there is a slight oil leak on the head. Obviously the gasket is on it's way out! I would like to have a go at changing the gasket. Is it a good idea or would it be best to let the experts do it?

  Not sure if it\'s the clutch. Got in today and car just doesn\'t go. When in any first three gears car revs like clutch down but once over 30 runs ok but starts to over rev when accelerating. Could this be the clutch or something else if the clutch how costly ?????????????
