Peugeot 306 - Radio Blocked 31 May 2007 (Forum)
My radio code has blocked since the problems with my battery and earths etc. It won't let me enter any code and just remains with lines on the display. It states in handbook to go to dealer. Is there anyway around this? I expect Peugeot will charge me the earth to reset this. -

G'Day All, friend has a 96 Primera, recon alternator and battery fitted. Sometimes ABS "not working" light comes on then ignition "warning red light" appears at low revs (after taking foot off accelerator). One suggestion is voltage control unit faulty - any suggestions, pse? -
Ford Focus 02 replacing front headlamp 5 Dec 2006 (Forum)
Had a quick lok this morning at replacing the main beam front headlamp bulb - manual suggests removing battery cover & pulling the lead out of the bulb socket - how is the lead attached the the connector - I couldn't see the usual 'push it with a screwdriver' plastic clip ... ? -

Whilst being well aware of the recommended protocols relevant to jump-starting between the donor vehicle and the vehicle with the discharged battery, is it practicable to undertake the procedure when one of the vehicles is diesel powered and the other vehicle is petrol driven. I'm sure I have read somewhere in the distant past that this should be avoided? -

Hi new to the forum can anyone help,? i recently disconected the battery and now the remote fob wont lock the doors, it was fine before and as the handbook is missing i dont know how to reprogram the fob. it is the late fob with no led and 2 buttons on it. anyone got a clue??? -

Help. The near (battery) side front sidelight has gone on my son's 99 Bora. Taken off cover and there's not enough room to swing a cat in there. Didn't think I had particularly fat hands but I just can't get any purchase to loosen it. -

Hi, Have a battery charging warning light lit whilst driving, sounds like a belt slipping as well. Anybody know if the alternator belt is easy to change/adjust or is it a trip to the garage? Haven't got anyway to work from underneath other than a jack. 93 1.6i zetec if that makes a difference. -

Now the cold weather is here again the car does not want to start, i have changed the glow plugs but that did not help, now it only just turns over which in turn deadens the battery? Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks -

Hi, Anyone able to offer any advice on where to run cables through from the battery (ie, where abouts on the firewall is appropriate?) It's a diesel engine, so I don't want to inadvertantly let any fumes through, obviously positioning and correct gromets are important! Chris. -

Hi Chaps/Chapesses, my brother's 850T5's r/c key fob is playing up. Is it a case of change the battery (there's no obvious way of opening the unit) or something more complicated ? BTW the only markings on it are: Metra System V - M100RC. Any thoughts anyone? -
