  hi guys i have a 2000, 3.3l petrol auto Voyager. Recently the battery drained and I had to jump start the car, but wasn't able to run the car long enough for a decent charge, so later that day I removed the battery and put it on charge. My little charger took three days to charge it fully.

  After not using the car for about ten days it wouldn't start so I called the AA - they diagnosed a faulty battery (only one year old) and started the car so I could take it back to Quick Fit under guarantee.   After breaking my journey, the car stalled backing out of the parking and I was unable to restart it.  It turned over fine (almost new battery) but showed little interest in firing. I left the car for about 90 minutes but could not restart it, so disconnected the battery for a few minutes to see if that would help.  After several attempts, the car eventually fired but the idle speed gradually increased over about 10 seconds until it reached 4,500 rpm, when I turned the ignition off.

  Hello I have just bought a ford fiesta 1998 and I am very happy with it but I discovered under the boney just under the battery on top of the small part of the gear box I can see three bolt holes where I believe the top of the gearbox mounts to the engine bay and where these three holes are there are two studs with nuts on them but the other stud and bolt is missing and  the last owner believed it wud be a great idea to stick a sharpie felt pen in the hole which I removed basically I would like someone to tell me what these studs are and if I can replace them these studs point vertical a little under the battery coming off the gearbox case.

  Today it wont start. the engine is not trying to tick over. when u turn the key there is nothing apart from the time display going out. The dashboard lights which remain on are the oil, battery, handbrake and engine light and the petrol light flashes even though my wife put £10 in on friday and done about 6 miles since. My initial thought was the battery but the head lights seem bright and the electric windows go up and down with no loss of speed.
