2009 Tour de France [Read Only] 27 Jul 2009 (Forum)
Good day for Britain in the Tour de France. Mark Cavendish won the stage in Paris making his fifth stage win and a new British record. Bradley Wiggins came fourth overall and another British best. Congratulations to them both. I realise this isn't strictly motoring related, but could the Mods let it run to see if it has legs? -

Buying car in France 18 Aug 2002 (Forum)
I'm off to be a student for a year near Paris. Despite being the proud owner of a 2001 VW Polo I want to buy a cheap car in France for use while I'm over there. The prangs that are synonymous with Parisian driving and the crime that a UK reg'd car attracts make it a no-brainer. Have up to £800 to spend - can anyone offer any advice? -

And will be travelling around europe in it for a couple of months anyway. By the way has anyone ever used the services of Eurocote.com ?
