  Yes. This canine friend, no doubt loyal and faithful and believing itself to be safe in it`s `pack` was now about to be sold on as it was no longer aesthetically pleasing. It`s difficult to `get your head` away from the dog - and some would say `shallowness` of it`s owners, but personality is driving that.

  It`s getting dark and you are in unfamiliar surroundings, the propshaft keeps jumping out. It wasn`t a problem when you set off this morning but now things are drifting a little - the sun goes down vertically and it`s dark within a few minutes.

  I need to replace the tyres soon, so I started checking out tyre reviews. I'd decided that I fancied trying FK452's on my 17's. I went to get a quote for tyres today and was quoted for ZE-912's. I asked about FK452's but was told that the ZE-912's had replaced them and that they were the better tyre. As far as I can tell from online resources both tires are currently sold and both for slightly different applications.

  As you'll see elsewhere I'm considering a new XF diesel, and one of the problems with ordering a car based on reviews is that you (obviously) haven't driven it. Now I understand the engine's the same as the one in the S-Type, so I wondered if anyone had driven one of these (and ideally a Merc E270CDi or 280CDi - cos I've got the 280CDi and a comparison would be great). If you have, what were your impressions of the engine in terms of flexibility and poke - specifically responsiveness when overtaking in "A road" situations?

  Hi, I am getting a bit fed up with 318's having a 2.0l engine, C180's and C200's both being 1.8s, Saab 93 1.8t and 2.0t both being 2.0l. BMW 316's have been 1.6, 1.9 and 1.8 in that order!, 320's have been 2.0 then 2.2 if petrol though still 2.0 if diesel!

  My wife drives the car most of the time, and it\'s quite possible she\'s kerbed it at some point. It\'s equally possible I have done the same, and forgotten about it. But is the suspension set up that sensitive that every single time i get a tracking check, something needs adjusting?

• Astra Elite CDTi S/S 5 Door Diesel - Replacement Third Party DPF for Vauxhall Astra 10 Apr 2024 (Forum)
  I currently own a 2013 Astra Elite CDTi S/S 5 Door Diesel  which is having issues with the Diesel Particle Filter (DPF). I've had it cleaned a couple of times and this seems to help for about 4-5 months but then it has issues again (even though I'm driving it on the motorway a fair bit).

  Having 3 teenagers (almost - youngest is 12) in the family, I've pretty much settled on a 2006-2015 (the previous model) S-MAX Titanium X.  Would like to get as new as possible, buget allowing.   Question is, should I go for the 2.0 Diesel or the 2.0 petrol?   Have done the math with my average 9.5-10k anual mileage + road tax and the petrol is coming in at around £600 more per year to run over the diesel.
