  Hello eveyone. I use a certain mini roundabout many times a day.  It has four exits like a compass when viewed from above.   Apologies if this sounds clear as mud but its the best way i can think of to explain without a diagram.

  My question is this - if no-one had turned up would it have been against the law to have lifted the back axle of the Mini off the ground and move it a few feet foreward? Answers if you please Ladies and Gentlemen.
