  Hi, Would be grateful for any advice please. I've seen and driven a lovely 2008 Volkswagen Golf 1.4 GT SPORT TSI 140 (mileage 48K) and need to decide by MOnday whether to buy (or lose the opportunity). I've seen comments onlne re its engine problems and wondered if anyone could point me to more info on this or give any comment on whether these cars are known for their engine problems?
