Peugeot 406 (1999 - 2004) - 01 2.0 HDI 110 - P0190 AP Fault 21 Feb 2009 (Forum)
This is all assuming the problem is related to the change of fuel tank. I'm reluctant to keep it too full of diesel because the reason I needed a new tank was that someone tried to drain off the diesel by making a hole in the bottom of the old tank. VIN number is VF38BRHZF81410209. -

Nissan Qashqai - Diesel: Still worth buying w/ new emissions focus? 3 Feb 2015 (Forum)
Hey there, First time poster - please be kind! Looking to buy a new car (Qashqai). Currently thinking the 1.5 diesel engine over the 1.2 petrol. Hopefully better for longer distance, fuel economy, better resale value etc. My worry - with a growing focus on the particulate emissions of diesel, if I'm buying a car for the next 8 years or so, is it likely this will be a bad investment - should I opt for the 1.2l instead? -
Petrol or Diesel? 26 Mar 2008 (Forum)
There may have been discussions on this before, but I can't find them. With the growing differential between petrol and diesel, is there any trusted formula that can decide which fuel (and running costs) will be cheaper in the long run? In my area, it is currently 8p a litre in favour of petrol. I was beginning to think about changing from petrol to diesel, but would like more hard information to make a decision. -
Diesel Engines and CC 10 Feb 2006 (Forum)
Of course, I would just never entertain buying a 3.0l petrol car on the grounds of silly fuel economy, but wondered if being diesel made this a more sensible prospect? Cheers. TT -- Top Turkey - the fastest hands in Brum -
Diesel LPG Conversions 12 Oct 2002 (Forum)
The rest of the system is very similar to a petrol installation. Performance was impressive, being able to switch between LPG and diesel on the move - the performance increase when running on LPG was immediatley apparrent. Noise was no different, if a little quieter. The diesel fuelling is apparently dialled back and LPG is fed in, resulting in a real dual-fuel vehicle with a terrific range. -
Why the difference between Diesel and petrol 7 Nov 2018 (Forum)
Up in the north west of the UK, We often get the cheapest prices of fuel on the forecourt and over the last couple of years, the difference between diesel and unleaded has been 2p give or take a little, Now diesel is almost 10p higher than petrol. Can anyone explain why the big difference . -
Diesel - is it worth it anymore? 27 Mar 2008 (Forum)
The other day I filled the 93 up at a Shell garage and the difference on a litre between diesel and unleaded was 8p!!! On a full tank fill of more than 50 litres that's 4 or 5 quid. Since the car only does 43 to the gallon I'm thinking my days with diesel could be coming to an end as I could easily find a petrol car (admittedly probably a smaller one but that's not a problem) that'll do 40ish to the gallon and I'm saving on fuel costs. -
Citroen ZX 1.9 Diesel 16 Nov 2004 (Forum)
