Worst Car See My Previous Review
Forgot to mention another dangerous affliction my XC40 presented to me.
Several times I experienced the car suddenly braking on its own! The car was clean and didn’t have any dirt on the sensors but a warning sound would alert and the brakes would momentarily engage as though something had run out in front of you. All I was doing was driving along on quiet road. How dangerous is that!
As a small addition, when approaching a roundabout or travelling alongside an adjacent car at a reasonable distance, the sensors would suddenly display the camera screen with various audible alerts because it seemed to think you were about 1mm away from another car. Too much you crazy car!
Just avoid buying an XC40 or live to regret it. Have since purchased a Renault 5 and am so pleased I once again have a car that drives normally and is a pleasure.
