Great Handling, amazing engine performance and economy, love the steel roof, and accomodation

I bought this car as I wanted an open top and in our climate a cloth roof did not seem sensible. Also as I do a fair amount of short trips a petrol engine was the better option.
Comparing the suitable cars available the Eos was definitely the best package in my price range.
On The Road
The cars handling is sure footed under all road conditions, with a sporty feel.
Economy excellent cruising on motorways, and as quoted around town. Uses about 1 litre oil per 2000 miles which with a supercharger and turbocharger is better than you might expect.
I have the roof serviced by a specialist for £30 pounds once a year and have had no water leaks. Any creaks in the roof are solved with the recommended lubricant.
VW dealer efficient and helpful.
