Suzuki Swift (2017 - 2024)

1.2 sz5 cvt mild hybrid
Awful gearbox
Purchased the car due to all the good reliability feedback from owners and reliability surveys.
Initially the car was great. Small, compact, easy to manoeuvre and park. But Ride was firm, bumpy and unsettled, but overall ok to live with.
However after driving it for 2k or so miles, the cvt gearbox became very unstable. Always jerking, shuddering and sometimes unresponsive.
I've taken it to suzuki 4 times since ownership. They've changed the cvt oil and filter, but issue is still there. This doesn't inspire confidence.
The gearbox feels very unreliable and it feels like it is going to give out before it even reaches the 10k mile mark. (My car currently has only done 7k miles).
Also fuel economy is below what the sales man told me (55mpg), I'm getting Max between 41 to 43mpg.
Overall, i wouldn't recommend the CVT version. I should have gone for the manual gearbox.
Am looking to trade it in asap for something else.
