1.5 dCi 110 Dynamique S Nav 5dr SUV

Dangerous and deeply disappointing.

Not really sure where to start but in no particular order, as they say....
This car has lots of intermittent faults. Main beam doesn't work for entire journeys then it works after the next restart. If I put the headlights onto automatic they are on permanently during daylight then go out when it becomes dark! Sensor logic seems to be reversed.
If I press the trip computer button the windscreen wipers start.
The satnav frequently stops talking to me so I have to go into settings where I find, yet again, the volume has reset itself to 0.
There is obviously a water leak somewhere and the windscreen has condensation/ice on the inside. On a cold day it takes quite a long time to clear before I can drive. I'm then berated by the driving advice system telling me I should drive off immediately because it's better for fuel consumption. It's also better for hitting objects I can't see!
The handbrake doesn't hold properly. Not too much of an issue as I always leave it in gear on hills. Unfortunately it does mean the first MOT will be a problem.
The engine has a very narrow range of power which means hill starts are worrying and it's best to make a detour to avoid awkward junctions.
Stop/start has a habit of not restarting. This usually happens at the most inopportune moment.
There seems to be a worryingly acceptable consumption of oil. Acceptable according to the manual. I did wonder why the car came with a pack of oil. This is the first time in decades I've had to top-up oil between services. I never dreamt I would have to carry an oil can with me again on long journeys.
The paintwork comes with a lovely orange-peel effect.
I can't really comment about the overall driving experience. It seems OK once it's going.
Can I have my old Seat back, please!
