Poor Mileage per KWH

The mileage for a full battery charge is widely over estimated for my car. The maximum mileage I get on a full charge is 128 miles driving at an average speed of 33mph, with no heating, outside temperature of 15 degrees on average. The journeys are city and dual carriageway travel.
Nissan state that there is nothing wrong with the battery.
