A Car with a Real Problem Charging from New !!!

For the complete term of my ownership (i.e. after 2nd week) this X245 Mercedes GLC model keeps informing me the 12 volt battery is critically discharged or completely discharged. The main Mercedes Dealer can not identify the issue and nor will Mercedes UK Customer Relations assist in getting to the bottom of the battery draining issue. Basically the Models complexity of the electronics and communications stops the Mercedes Star diagnostic software from locating the drainage issue. So the car can be left for more than 2 days without needing to charge the battery. Mercedes appear to accept this !!

Other issues with the new UK GLC model is lack of air suspension (i.e. used in Europe) making the ride extremely harsh in the land of UK pot holes.

On the plus side the car looks well and the AMG 300's - 2 litre petrol engine has excellent pickup.
