Lovely car

I have had this car for 5 months now and it's done 20,000 miles.
It's the 115bhp version with the 2 tone cream leather interior which transforms the look of the car combined with the Rosso Red. It's my first Mazda.
The car is roomy with plenty of toys which include useful safety features such as lane departure, blind spot and reversing monitors plus a head up display. The car is comfortable with excellent seats and engine pulls very well and gives an easy 50mpg. It feels great to drive with confident handling and excellent steering. It gets the 2 of us plus 2 weeks of stuff in the back on holiday no problem. The fuel tank has an easy 450 mile range with the potential for a bit more. I find it runs a lot better on super-unleaded which eliminated some juddering when cold.
It has a few small minus points. The drivers side front pillar is quite thick so you have to watch the blindspot. The car only has one rattle which comes from the where the dash meets the base of the windscreen and goes when the car has warmed up. I also wish it was possible to turn the engine off without the radio going off as well. It's not the quietest car. It has higher profile tyres which soak up the bumps nicely and reduce tyre noise but the cabin could have better soundproofing. Rain on the roof for example is like throwing stones on a tin roof. The Rosso Red paint is hard to match and expensive to repair.
On the wish list I would have auto dimming mirror, heated windscreen and 'see you home' lights.
But would I buy one again? Yes.
