Fantastic value for money

In the last 4 years I've had 2 BMW's (turbo went at 26000 on my 03 plate and the 55 plate tourer (new style) was the most uncomfortable car I've had: run flats and poor seats. Top that with an 08 Golf 2.0TDI GT Sport, that was noisy and developed a problem with the fuel draining back into the tank. Cost me £160 to join VW home assistance (they only cover the car for 1 year). So much for VW reliability !I went straight from the VW garage to the Hyundai dealer round the corner, test drove the ix35 and did the deal. The premium model has enough bells and whistles, but it's the sunroof (opening) that's my favourite goody. The driving position is excellent and visibility is great, but you do need the reversing sensors as rearward isnt brilliant. The steering wheel centres very quickly after turning , but you get used to it. I find it quiet (after a BMW with run flats and the Golf GT Sport on 18 inch tyres, not surprising). I've read in some reviews that it's not quite up with it's competitors, I dont agree and with a comprehensive 5 year warranty , in the real world where you're parting with your own hard earned cash that matters.
