I would like to express my wife's and my experience with our brand new 2015 Honda civic which we purchased on a hire purchase agreement from a Honda dealer , it started one day after receiving the car my wife found that 1)the back door handle was scratched and we had a promise to have that changed , 2)few days later we noticed that the front passenger mat is not the right one for our model so all the dust and dirt kept going underneath , 3)after a road trip to Poland we been shocked that a cold air stream coming in through the door on front passenger-side specially when on hi speed as a result of that we spent the next 2 days in bed sick ! 4)a plastic trim on the rear bomber is almost off ,5)some strange sound when reversing , 6)a plastic trim under hand brake is not in place , 7)the sat nav screen freezing while using the GPS which is so dangerous while driving !so we took the car back to service in Wimbledon centre and after 3 hours we have been advised to go to the body shop in Chiswick .we left the car there for 3 days and the next shock when we received it we found out that the trim on the back not fixed , and dealer claims he fix it !! the plastic trim inside is glued with super glue which made it impossible to get through that trim without breaking it in case of any service need to be done underneath it , the air stream still not fixed , the door handle never been changed as promised ! All they did is changing the passenger mat ! We been told that theres a full check going to take place which never took place because i paid for an engineer from RAC to make a full check and the results where shocking , engine oil and brake oil were low plus many other faults explained in his report, almost an issue or more in all the main sections of the car !! As a result of that my wife is suffering from a very bad depression, stress and sleep problems due to the fact that our new car is falling apart .As a result i asked HONDA to reject the car and return what we have paid for it in full so we can buy another car from another manufacturer . a compensation for stress , depression , time lose and illness we suffered because of our bad experience with the car . after all we been thorough they are asking us to get back to the dealer because we did not give him a fair chance to rectify the problems ! and that we have no right to reject the car . !!
